Customs related information in Russia

Russia and Eurasian Economic Union (EAEU)

There are restrictions for goods imported to Russia and the Eurasian Economic Union.

The following two categories shall be taken into account:

200 euro exemption limit

When ordering goods abroad worth more than 200 euros or weighing more than 31 kg, for the excess part one will need to pay a customs duty of 15% of their value, but not less than 2 euros per 1 kg. If the marketplace or onlinestore is integrated with “The Authorized Operator” service on Russian Post website or in the mobile application, the customer can pay online on the store's website. This allows one to quickly and conveniently pay customs duties online without commission, additional fees and a visit to the customs authorities.
