How can I submit a complaint?

Russian Post bears responsibility for its customers for unfulfilled or inadequately fulfilled obligations in the performance of postal services. Your complaints and grievances regarding international mail can be submitted through the website. In addition, you can submit your complaint or grievance through the online advisor in the mobile app. Complaints and grievances will be processed and answered in writing within the following time limits:

- 5 days - complaints relating to postal items and money transfers sent within one location;
- 2 months - complaints relating to all other domestic postal items and money transfers.
